Job Overview

We are hiring Wire Harness Assemblers to support a growing production team in Chandler, AZ. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling and wiring electrical harnesses and components while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses, connectors, and related components
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and production instructions
• Perform basic soldering, crimping, and cable routing
• Inspect and test assemblies for quality and functionality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all production, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (wire harness or electrical experience a plus)
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills

Physical Requirements

• Stand and work for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Handle small components with precision
• Lift light to moderate materials as needed
