STEP 02

Résumé Submission

If you set up your account online, you can submit your résumé directly through our portal. You can also email it to our team for upload to your account. Feel free to take it with you to one of our offices as well if that’s the most convenient option.

STEP 03

Interview

A recruiter will follow up to conduct an initial interview, giving us valuable insight into your strengths and career goals. This personalized approach is at the heart of how we successfully match talent with opportunity.

STEP 04

Job Application

Our experienced recruiters will match your skills and background with positions in our extensive job database and present the best opportunities to you. Once you’re selected for a role, we’ll handle all pre-hire requirements, ensure your payroll is set up smoothly, and prepare you for your first day.

We aim to make the process as simple and convenient as possible. You’re welcome to visit one of our offices to meet with a representative in person, or you can complete the process online if that’s easier for you. 

 

To begin digitally, create an account through our secure portal and provide your contact information. From there, you’ll be able to upload your résumé and start your job search right away. 

 
We offer a few different options here When you’re first asked to create your OTS account online, you’ll be able to upload your résumé right away. You can also email it directly to our representatives once you’re in our system. Or, you can bring it by one of our offices to go through it with a recruiter first. Your call!

The process starts with a phone screening, after which you’ll be invited to participate in either an in-person interview or a virtual interview via Teams or Zoom.

 

Once you complete registration and speak with a recruiter, we review your skills, experience, and work preferences. Our team then matches your profile with open positions in our system and presents opportunities that align with your background. We’ll also discuss each role with you to ensure it’s the right fit before moving forward.

 

Skills assessments are assigned based on your experience and the roles you’re being considered for. They help us verify your proficiency and ensure you meet the specific requirements of the position.
