On Target Staffing is proud to continue its sponsorship of the Wilmington Sharks for the 2026 Coastal Plain League season — and once again, our team traded desks for the concession stand to be part of game night in Wilmington, North Carolina.
A Second Summer With the Sharks
The Sharks opened their 2026 campaign in late May, kicking off another summer of collegiate baseball in one of the Coastal Plain League's original markets. Since 1997, the franchise has given Wilmington families a hometown team to rally around — and given some of the nation's top college players a proving ground on their way to the next level.
For On Target Staffing, returning as a sponsor wasn't a question. Last season showed us what this partnership really is: not a logo placement, but a front-row seat to the community we serve.
Stars, Stripes, and Concession-Stand Smiles
Nothing captures summer baseball quite like Independence Day week at the ballpark. This year, our team joined the Sharks' game-day crew — star-spangled overalls and all — serving fans at the concession stand as families packed the stands to celebrate.
There's something grounding about handing a kid a hot dog while fireworks wait in the wings.
