Job Overview

We are hiring Cherry Picker Operators to support warehouse operations in Tolleson, AZ. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, moving, and preparing orders using powered industrial equipment. The ideal candidate has recent experience operating an order picker and thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker (order picker forklift) to retrieve and move products
• Pick, pack, and stage orders using order sheets or RF scanners
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation
• Meet productivity goals (50–60 orders per hour based on equipment)
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse tasks (restocking, labeling, cleaning)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cherry picker/order picker experience required
• Must have operated equipment within the last 6 months
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Work at elevated heights using warehouse equipment
• Perform repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Frequent use of powered industrial equipment
• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility conditions
• Required use of PPE as needed
