Pay:  $17.50/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Merchandiser to support beverage product merchandising and stocking within assigned retail accounts throughout the Wilmington area. This field-based role is responsible for ensuring beverage displays, shelves, racks, and point-of-sale materials are fully stocked, organized, and maintained according to company standards. Professionalism, strong time management, and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise beverage products at assigned retail customer locations
• Maintain shelves, coolers, displays, racks, and point-of-sale materials in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition
• Support sales and delivery teams by servicing customer accounts professionally and efficiently
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and customers
• Travel between customer locations during scheduled business hours to complete merchandising assignments
• Maintain display standards and product placement according to company expectations
• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Work Environment

• Field-based position requiring regular travel between retail customer accounts
• Work is performed in retail store environments, stockrooms, and cooler/freezer areas
• Regular and punctual in-person attendance is required to support customer service and merchandising operations

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review in accordance with company standards
• Must maintain automobile insurance meeting company-required coverage limits
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for workplace safety and operational purposes; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous merchandising, stocking, retail, or beverage industry experience preferred but not required

This position regularly requires employees to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift, carry, push, and pull beverage products and merchandising materials
• Frequently lift and move products weighing up to 46 pounds
• Occasionally operate equipment such as pallet jacks with force exertion up to 90 pounds
• Reach above shoulders, below knees, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and twist as necessary
• Use close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and hand-eye coordination to safely perform job duties
