Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in San Clemente, CA. This role involves working with very small components to assemble precision medical products in a clean, quality-driven environment. Training is available for candidates who are comfortable with fine, detailed work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small components using tools such as tweezers, microscopes, and soldering equipment
• Follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines
• Perform precision tasks such as wire winding and micro-assembly
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience preferred (medical device or small parts assembly is a plus)
• Comfortable working with very small components and detailed tasks
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic communication skills in English (required for safety)
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Good vision and manual dexterity for detailed work
