Job Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented Packer / Assembler to support a manufacturing operation in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves assembling components, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met in a structured production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies following written instructions and technical drawings
• Prepare completed products for quality inspection
• Perform basic testing to ensure products meet required specifications
• Identify defective materials and report issues to leadership
• Complete documentation related to production, including lot numbers and product tracking
• Print labels and package finished goods according to specifications
• Enter production data into internal systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Support team operations and assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and read basic technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Good communication skills

• Stand, walk, and move for extended periods
