Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Certified Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move, locate, stack, and count materials efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, etc.) to transport materials 
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers 
• Move product to and from storage areas, racks, and staging zones 
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues 
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow warehouse procedures 
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company policies 
• Keep work areas clean and organized
  

Requirements

• Valid forklift certification in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards 
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience preferred 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods 
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness 
• Basic math and reading skills 
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments 
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, machinery, and moderate noise levels.

Compliance & Safety Notice

All forklift operators must be properly trained and evaluated by their employer, as required by Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. Certification must be maintained and renewed as required

Shift: Sunday to Friday (5-6 days upon shift arrangement). : 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break, 8 hours total per day). Overtime work is generally needed.
