Job Overview

We are hiring Assembly & Packaging Associates to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for assembling components and packaging finished products while maintaining strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies, components, and finished products according to instructions
• Follow written and verbal work instructions, SOPs, and technical drawings
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards
• Identify and report defects or production issues
• Complete documentation including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed
• Operate packaging equipment and prepare products for shipment
• Pack and label products with accurate quantities and tracking information
• Maintain documentation for lot numbers, serial numbers, and revisions
• Follow ISO 9001 and company compliance standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Participate in safety observations and adhere to all safety protocols

Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer/data entry skills for documentation and tracking
• Reliable and able to take direction in a team setting

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Push/pull up to 25 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks
