Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Sewing Associate to join our production team. This role involves sewing custom tags, labels, and patches onto garments using industrial sewing and embroidery machines. The ideal candidate has hands-on garment sewing experience, a strong attention to detail, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sew custom tags, labels, and patches onto garments (t-shirts, uniforms, etc.) 
• Operate sewing and embroidery machines safely and efficiently 
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy 
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals 
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation 
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets 

Requirements

• Prior experience sewing/embroidery on garments required 
• Experience using sewing machines (industrial preferred) 
• Warehouse or production experience preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and quality control 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude 

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse/production setting and may involve standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and exposure to varying temperatures.
