Shift: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm       

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Associate with hands-on sewing experience to join our production team. This role involves applying patches, labels, and designs to garments using embroidery and sewing machines in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sew patches, labels, and designs onto garments (hats, t-shirts, uniforms, etc.) 
• Operate embroidery and industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently 
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy 
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals 
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation 
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines 

Requirements

• Prior sewing experience applying materials to garments is required 
• Experience operating embroidery and sewing machines is required 
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment 
• Ability to work in hot conditions (facility is not climate-controlled) 
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks 
• Strong attention to detail and quality control 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience 
• Experience working with high-volume garment production 

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse setting with exposure to heat and non-climate-controlled conditions. Physical work and repetitive motion are required.
