• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Molding Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Phoenix, AZ. This position focuses on operating molding equipment, maintaining production quality, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate molding presses and remove finished products from molds
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs
• Complete required documentation and enter data into internal systems
• Respond to machine alerts and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Support equipment start-up, shutdown, and changeovers
• Follow work orders for material preparation and mixing
• Weigh and transfer materials as needed
• Label products with correct lot and production information
• Coordinate with warehouse for product storage and verification
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including end-of-shift cleanup
• Follow all safety guidelines, GMP standards, and company procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent lifting/moving of items up to 30 lbs
• Standing for extended periods
• Ability to push, pull, and move materials using equipment such as dollies
• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping and mopping

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong focus on safety and workplace cleanliness
