• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Overview

We are hiring Injection Molding Operators to support a high-volume manufacturing operation in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for operating molding equipment, ensuring product quality, maintaining accurate production records, and following strict safety and GMP standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate molding presses and remove finished products from molds
• Inspect molded parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Record daily production output and maintain accurate logs
• Complete production documentation and enter data into systems
• Respond to machine alarms and perform minor troubleshooting
• Assist with machine start-up, shutdown, and changeovers
• Follow work orders for material preparation and mixing
• Weigh and transfer materials into designated containers
• Label products with accurate lot and tracking information
• Coordinate with warehouse for material handling and storage
• Perform line clearance and maintain clean workstations
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and quality assurance procedures

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic computer skills for tracking and documentation
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequently lift and move materials up to 30 lbs
• Push, pull, and maneuver barrels using equipment (e.g., dolly)
• Stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping

• Fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and production materials
