Pay: $21.00/hour (increases to $23.00/hour after 4–6 weeks of training)
Schedule (Training): Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4–6 weeks – required)
Schedule (Post-Training): Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 2:00/3:00 AM
Overtime: Available, including weekends as needed

Job Overview

We are hiring a Rebar Fabrication Associate to support a fast-paced production and construction environment in Mesa, AZ. This is a hands-on, physically active role involving the cutting, bending, and handling of rebar materials. The position requires working both indoors and outdoors while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and bend rebar (up to 40 feet)
• Lift, move, and stage materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Load and unload trucks and incoming deliveries
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and issuing materials and equipment
• Perform inventory cycle counts and basic tracking
• Support maintenance and production teams as needed
• Use basic computer systems for tracking and documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction and/or landscaping experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Basic computer skills preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended shifts (8+ hours)
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
• Perform repetitive movements including bending, lifting, and carrying
