MONDAY - FRIDAY 3:30pm-12am

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Welders to support a team in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in welding and fabrication, with a commitment to safety, precision, and high-quality workmanship. This role involves complex welding tasks across construction and manufacturing projects, working with structural steel and large components in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship and technical expertise are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and SMAW (Stick Welding) on structural steel
- 2G & 3G welding experience
- Weld large beams and metal plates according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Maintain quality and safety standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with shop and field teams to meet production goals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have - AWS D1.1 Structural Steel Welding Certificates
- Must have 2G, 3G welding experience is a must
- Experience with FCAW and SMAW welding processes
- Structural steel welding experience
- Machine shop experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints (required)
- Willingness to work night shift hours

- Welding sleeves
- Safety glasses
- Gloves
- Lace-up work boots
