Pay: $17–$19/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime: Available, including Saturdays as needed

Job Overview

We are hiring a Production Associate to support a manufacturing operation in Buckeye, AZ. This is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on assisting with ingredient handling, material staging, and maintaining an organized production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with batching processes and production documentation
• Stage and prepare materials for mixing and production
• Support general production operations as needed
• Operate a forklift (if experienced)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and document processes accurately
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable working in a physically active role

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for full shifts (8+ hours)
• Lift up to 50–60 lbs regularly
• Perform repetitive movements
• Work in varying environments, including outdoor conditions (heat/cold)
• Work in areas with dust, noise, and occasional exposure to water
• Ability to work at heights up to 15–20 feet and in confined spaces
